Aon have announced their Apprenticeship programme, aimed at young people leaving school or college this year. The successful applicants will start in October 2012. This is a great opportunity for people who want to start a professional career at the same time as getting industry recognised professional qualifications.
Who is Aon?
Aon are the world’s #1 insurance broker and is looking to recruit 12 Apprentices, starting in October 2012 in the following locations:
London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Reading, Wickford, Essex Farnborough, Cradley Heath, West Midlands, Leicester
The Aon Apprenticeship has been designed to identify and develop the future stars of their business. Early responsibility is a way of life at Aon and the Apprentice will very quickly become a technical specialist, helping clients and supporting account managers to deliver market-leading products.
What’s on offer?
The successful applicant will undertake a training programme, including full support to study for a professional insurance qualification, recognised throughout the industry, plus a salary of £16,000 to £18,000 per annum. Aon are looking for individuals who can demonstrate their enthusiasm and potential, and who have a passion for customer service. Candidates must have a minimum of 280 UCAS points from A Levels, Highers or equivalent qualifications.
