Education and Employer Taskforce in England highlights work experience has remained popular with many secondary schools paying the full cost to secure placements for pupils at key stage 4. Also a survey of 203 employers (January 2011) shows that more than half of employers with jobs available to teenagers, had given a job to someone who had previously been on unpaid work experience with them.
